Harrison (February 14, 1845), County Seat: Bethany
Holt (February 15, 1841), County Seat: Oregon
Grundy (January 2, 1841), County Seat: Trenton
Knox (February 14, 1845), County Seat: Edina
Lewis (January 2, 1833), County Seat: Monticello
Mercer (February 14, 1845), County Seat: Princeton
Putnam (February 28, 1845), County Seat: Unionville
Sullivan (February 14, 1845), County Seat: Milan
Worth (February 8, 1861), County Seat: Grant City
